The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment is a transformational tool that opens people's minds about how the differences in people can make teams successful. I was first introduced to MBTI in 2005 when I watched a group of leaders find a whole new perspective on one another after taking the assessment and going through the training. It was truly inspirational! Before the training, several of the leaders had difficulty working with each other because of their styles and how they approached work tasks. After the training, they recognized why they had had such a difficult time connecting and now understood why the other person worked the way they did and also learned how to approach them to get the best response. Truly amazing and a lot of fun!
In 2016, I became MBTI Certified so that I could be part of this transformation within teams.
MBTI is recognized around the world and used in counseling, education and corporations. Tried and true, it delivers results when used with leaders and teams.
